HelpCenter
provides customized staffing solutions to fit your
specific needs. We provide manpower resources for
casual, contractual, freelance or permanent employment
within the Philippines.
We find the
right people using a rigorous process that we personally
undertake:
Recruitment
- Through our nationwide network we recruit applicants
for various positions.
Screening
- We personally interview each and every applicant
and assess their personality as well as IQ and EQ
and linguistic/communication capabilities.
Background
Investigation - We perform a background
check to validate information such as place of origin,
personal references and criminal records.
Skill
Verification - We subject all applicants
through various tests to confirm the skills that
they claim to possess, and to what degree of competence.
Training
- All successful recruits will then be subjected
to mandatory training depending on the position
or job they are applying for. For example, all aspiring
cooks are taught various dishes and modern culinary
techniques. This is to establish a hallmark or standard
by which the company's recruits shall be recognized
and acclaimed for.
Clearance
and Certification - For
all our recruits, we secure Police Clearance, NBI
Clearance, Barangay Clearance, Certificate of Singleness,
Medical Certificate, etc.
For accounts that involve continuous placement (e.g.
an office requiring a cleaning staff), we also perform
the following additional steps:
Outsourced
Personnel Management - we take care of
the employees' deductibles such as Income tax, SSS
and Health insurance so that the employer will not
have to worry about it.
Retraining
- On behalf of employers, we can subject employees
to refresher training or provide them with further
training on a higher set of skills. These are conducted
using our own facilities, equipment and supervision.
We can also train employees in preparation to attain
TESDA certification.
Reshuffling
- If an employer wishes, we can undertake reshuffling
of employees after a certain period of time due
to avoid and keep the staff on their toes.
